Works in Paper
The works in paper involve handmade paper (all-rag paper) coloured with non-fade pigments. They are given a embossed surface during the process of making. The coloured elements – of coloured paper pulp – are poured on to the still damp paper during the process of manufacture. As the paper works are mounted on stretchers, they can be hung without frames.
